进入09年已经八天了，在这八天里天天有访民到天安门，他们已不同的方式表达自己上访的诉求。有于奥运过后，当初奥运前承诺没有兑现。如今一切依然如故，继续来回踢皮球无意解决上访问题。让重返北京的访民彻底失望了，所以每天都访民去天安门。而天安门警察也习以为常稳重的态度，处理今天突发访民的折腾倒是武警手疾眼快，这二位来自丹东的访民刚刚在国旗杆亮相，就被拿下。而且武警越权咋咋虎虎的审问其中女访民迟翠凤。据迟翠凤向警察解释说：正常的上访渠道已经走了4年，被逼的走非上访渠道（指来天安门），最高法院不受理，最高检察院推最高院，你说，我到哪去上访？警察不吭声了。2分钟后一辆依维克警车，把这二老访民带走。国旗杆下又恢复平静，国旗杆在等待，不知道什么时刻，又突然杀出一帮访民来折腾，估计09年这一惊一咋的折腾持续不断进入2010年。

För första gången får Sverigedemokraterna över 4 procent i väljarstöd i en Sifo-undersökning. Partiet skulle alltså komma in i riksdagen om det var val idag. Sverigedemokraterna seglar i medvind. Enligt en Sifo-undersökning som har gjorts i juni på uppdrag av SvD får partiet ett väljarstöd på 4,2 procent. Det är en ökning med 0,8 procentenheter jämfört med den senaste mätningen i maj, även om förändringen inte är statistiskt säkerställd. Det här visar att Sverigedemokraterna helt klart är en kandidat som man ska ta på allvar i svensk politik. Partiet har en klar möjlighet att ta sig in i riksdagen 2010 och i EU-parlamentet 2009, säger Sören Holmberg, professor i statsvetenskap vid Göteborgs universitet. I två tidigare opinionsundersökningar i vår Sentio i mars och Demoskop i maj hamnade Sverigedemokraterna (Sd) också över 4 procent. Men enligt Sören Holmberg väger Sifoundersökningen betydligt tyngre. De andra mätningarna har mindre urval och är inte lika etablerade. Att partiet nu får så stort stöd i en Sifo-mätning får ses som en liten remarkabel händelse, säger han. I riksdagsvalet 2006 fick invandrarfientliga Sverigedemokraterna 2,9 procent av rösterna, och var därmed det största av partierna som hamnade under spärren. Men det var i kommunvalen som partiet skördade sina största framgångar. Det tydligaste exemplet är Landskrona i västra Skåne där Sd lyckades locka hela 22 procent av väljarna och därmed blev det näst största partiet i fullmäktige. Sverigedemokraterna har sedan dess fördubblat sin kampanjkassa och har tydligt markerat att siktet nu är inställt på en plats i riksdagen. Det här kan ha en uppmuntrande effekt. Det finns en teori om att partier hamnar på säkrare mark när de lyckas ta sig över fyra procent. Väljarna känner då att det inte är en bortkastad röst att stödja partiet, säger Sören Holmberg, som inte vill spekulera i varför Sd ökar just nu. Det är trots allt små förändringar och svårt att dra några sådana slutsatser. Däremot tror jag att partiet kan stärkas ytterligare av den debatt som just nu förs om EU-fördraget. Förutom junilistan och vänsterpartiet är Sverigedemokraterna det mest EU-kritiska partiet och om EU nu kör över irländarnas nej till Lissabonfördraget kan partiet locka till sig ytterligare EU-skeptiker. När det gäller riksdagspartierna är förändringarna relativt små i Sifo-undersökningen. Ett undantag är socialdemokraterna som backar två procentenheter sedan mätningen i maj. Sedan valet har socialdemokraterna knappat in på moderaterna i framför allt Stockholmsområdet. Det kan vara så att den trenden har brutits en aning, säger Toivo Sjörén, chef för Sifos opinionsundersökningar. Kristdemokraterna backar med 1,2 procentenheter och ligger nu på 4,4 procent farligt nära riksdagsspärren. Det är svårt för småpartier som sitter i en stor alliansregering. De slits mellan att föra fram sina egna frågor och att anpassa sig till de andra partierna.
