Take hwy 93 north from Banff/Lake Louise/Icefields Parkway. Hwy 93 leads to a set of traffic lights at the hwy 16 intersection. Proceed straight through the lights and onto the 900 block of Connaught Drive. Stay on Connaught Drive and proceed across town for approximately 8 blocks. Find Juniper Avenue on the left-hand side and turn onto it. The lodge is directly ahead.

Today I had to bring everything to work, so I didn't do all the vegetables and salad that Joy suggested. I had to eat and run, so I could make my 6:00 at the gym. My trainer kicked my butt...and I was a little hungry tonight. Tomorrow I am switching breakfast and lunch...I can't figure out how to make an omelet at work.
