PARIS — The International Committee of the Red Cross said Thursday it had discovered shocking scenes — including small children next to their mothers corpses — when its representatives gained access for the first time to parts of Gaza battered by Israeli shelling. It accused Israel of failing to meet obligations to care for the wounded in areas of combat. The Israeli military in no way intentionally targets civilians and has demonstrated its willingness to abort operations to save civilian lives and to risk injury in order to assist innocent civilians, the statement said, promising that any serious allegation would need to be investigated properly, once such a complaint is received formally, within the constraints of the current military operation. In an unusually blunt criticism, the Geneva-based International Committee of the Red Cross said it had been seeking access to shell-damaged areas in Zeitoun in the east of Gaza City since Saturday but the Israeli authorities granted permission only on Wednesday — the first day that Israel allowed a three-hour lull in the attacks on Gaza on humanitarian grounds. The statement said a team of four Palestine Red Crescent ambulances accompanied by Red Cross representatives made its way to Zeitoun Wednesday where it found four small children next to their dead mothers in one of the houses. They were too weak to stand up on their own. One man was also found alive, too weak to stand up. In all, there were at least 12 corpses lying on mattresses. In another house, the statement said, the rescue team found 15 other survivors of this attack including several wounded. In yet another house, they found an additional three corpses. Israeli soldiers posted at a military position some 80 meters away from this house ordered the rescue team to leave the area which they refused to do. There were several other positions of the Israeli Defense Forces nearby as well as two tanks. Because of berms built by Israeli forces, the ambulances could not enter the area so the children and the wounded had to be taken to the ambulances on a donkey cart, the statement said. The statement quoted Pierre Wettach, an International Red Cross representative for Israel and the Palestinian areas, as calling the incident shocking. The Israeli military must have been aware of the situation but did not assist the wounded. Neither did they make it possible for us or the Palestine Red Crescent to assist the wounded, he was quoted as saying. The statement said the international Red Cross believes that in this instance the Israeli military failed to meet its obligation under international humanitarian law to care for and evacuate the wounded. It considers the delay in allowing rescue services access unacceptable

"There is a Ninoy in each one of us." http://iamninoy.com About three weeks ago, De La Salle University - Manila had the "I am Ninoy" campaign from the 24th until the 27th of November 2008. There were different events such as photo exhibits, photo contests, and essay writing contests in lieu of the theme of the campaign. Though I was not able attend any except the Symposium on Filipino Heroism and Launching of Ninoy Aquino Commemorative Stamps in which Former President Corazon Cojuangco Aquino was the guest of honor. During her speech, she somewhat reminisced the times when Former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino was beside her. I could vaguely recall the words that she said in her speech but it was clear to me that his husband had no doubts of risking his own life for the Filipinos. When he landed in the Manila International Airport now named after him, he knew that it could be the end of his life yet no hesitations were able to stop him from continuing the battle against the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos. The campaign commemorating Ninoy's 25th death anniversary is somehow an eye-opener for the youth today who I think had forgotten the essence of Nationalism, which had saved our country from the violent dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos who had a severe hunger for power. So much so that he did not care whether innocent people were harmed and even murdered without any defense. The "I am Ninoy" campaign is a very effective tool in awakening the hearts and minds of the youth towards the battle for freedom and remembering and knowing how Ninoy's unselfish ways of protecting and struggling for the betterment of the Philippines. The tagline that says, "There is a Ninoy in each one of us." is indeed true. We just need something that would awaken the Ninoy that we have inside us. We should learn how to stand up for ourselves and set the boundaries for those who are attempting to take advantage of us. If each one of us put our efforts together to make our country better then I think it would not be a lost cause. I made him look easy, but he only used a taste of his power. Trust me, this robot is very hard. He starts off with PSI deflector shields, so do NOT start off with a PSI attack! He can call for help, which is a real pain. Those laser attacks add up fast. But his lasers aren't what you should be afraid of. He can cast Starstorm! That spell easily has the potential to kill everybody in the party, so start off with PSI Shields yourself so he doesn't cast it. Then, use the Shield Killer or Neutralizer to remove his shields so you can hit him with your best attacks. He still has a ton of HP and defense, so don't think it's a walk down easy street from there.

Video showing a close up for passive attribute gain in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. This uses the Refectio + Emperor Ring + Tower Ring + Holding Up somehow. In my example I'm just using a rubber band to hold down a bit of plastic and some tape just so the band doesn't slip off. Plug in your charger and let it do its thing while you're not playing. The purpose of this is to has Shanoa continually absorb glyphs while having enough defense (+78) to reduce taken damage to 1 per tick, recovering health using Refectio, and increasing regeneration to +2 per tick using Emperor Ring (negating damage taken), and the Tower Ring to remove flinch effects due to taking damage. I didn't come up with this and take no credit for it.

I'm using warachia to fight justice in her lvl 11 of AI, warachia's defense is in 200,.. unfair?, not really justice's defense is at 200, her attack is in 150 plus i've increased her size giving her an insanely long range this is gonna be really hard, this is my first time using hypercam so the quality is crap, i'll try to improve
