I am posting this video for several reasons. 1.)This is a video I feel that all meat-eaters should watch and every vegetarian should own. It is called, "Meet Your Meat", narrated by Alec Baldwin. This video covers each stage of life of animals raised for food. No PETA videos are copyrighted, this video is here simply to educate people. 2.) A lot of us are trying to follow healthier lives and to loose weight. Switching and following a vegetarian diet is a great way to live a healthy life and loose weight. 3.) With a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, you can reduce your risk of so many illness. Such illness can include, heart disease, all different types of cancers, liver disease, obesity, diabetes, etc. Also, if you don't know about me yet, I am a vegetarian. I consume no animal products and no eggs. I do consume raw milk, but that's only with my protein shakes. I have been a vegetarian for about 3 months now, and I feel its been one of the smartest decisions I have made. I will continue to lead a vegetarian for the rest of my life. This video didn't motivate or inspire me to become a vegetarian, I made that decision based on not wanting to eat dead carcasses. I hope this video will inspire you to become a vegetarian. p.s. It's ok to cry during the video, I did. :(
