I've made grain coffees most of my life,here are two recipes for making; 1)WHEAT COFFEE 2)RED RASPBERRY TEA Red raspberry bushes are native to North America and cultivated in other countries including Canada. Red raspberry leaves have been used for medical applications. Such as; the common cold, sore throats, diarrhea, pregnancy, and postpartum support. Morning sickness to help with nausea during pregnancy,ease with labor and delivery, and post- partum recovery. Also helpful for regulating menstrual period and controlling diarrhea. Raspberry leaf tea also acts as an astringent on irritated skin by tightening the top layers of skin or mucous membranes effectively reducing secretions, relieving irritation, and improving tissue firmness. As a mouth wash it is used to soothe mouth and throat irritations. Possible Side Effects and Contradictions Raspberry leaf may affect infants and is not recommended for women who are breast-feeding. Pregnant women should avoid taking Raspberry leaf tea 3 months before delivery. Diabetics should be careful as it might lower the blood sugar levels drastically.

Before long Kaorus father deserts them, and not long afterward Yotas mother becomes terminally ill. Her dying wish is for him to watch out for Kaoru at his grandmothers place on a small island off the coast of Okinawa. He fulfills her wish and becomes very protective of his younger sister who calls him nee-nee. Thirteen years later Kaoru returns to Naha and comes to live with him as she starts high school. Yota works hard making deliveries of vegetables from an open-air market by day, and in a restaurant (he is a licensed chef) by night to save money to fulfill his dream of having his own restaurant. He also assumes the role of pushing for Kaorus entrance to a university. This allows less time for his beautiful girlfriend Keiko, the daughter of a doctor and a medical student at Ryukyu University. concept an design by J.Schrallhammer (j.schrallhammer@online.de) *** Installation Wehen [Contractions] 30 x 30 m Installation for the public space by Johann Schrallhammer Three quarters of the earth are covered by sea and until today every second human being lives in its direct proximity. However, most people in the industrial nations of Western Europe are not aware of that fact. The sea has a mythic rather than an existential dimension for the people living in densely populated areas and metropolises. As a place to rest and a symbol for freedom we seek it once a year during our vacation and idealize it quite often as a projection screen for our personal feelings and desires. How would we feel though, if it suddenly appeared right in front of our doorstep, if we could hear it, see the rhythm of tides and if we had an unblocked view on the Mediterraneani[i] on a daily basis? The utopian design Wehen (2007) by artist Johann Schrallhammer turns this bold idea into reality. Inspired by the stories of people, who used to live at the sea the artist from Garmisch-Partenkirchen developed an installation for the public space, which simulates the sea and the tides. The sculptural intervention for an urban open space consists of a triangular, acute-angled indentation including an underground well. A pumping system delivers saline water (brine) to the surface in the rhythm of tides so that the coastal sand beach is completely flooded with water from time to time. Via GPS (global positioning system) it would be possible to specifically simulate tides according to the respective installation location down to the minute. Also in „Wehen Johann Schrallhammer inventively combines state of the art High Tech with elementary forces as already demonstrated in his earlier works. He hence manages to use old alchemical ideas productively for the future in the sense of a retrospective ideology. A body-metaphorical conception of the world, which regarded earth as an organism, had been popular until Renaissance. Thus for example Leondardo da Vinci still used the human body and the sea synonymously: „If humans have the sea of blood in them, expanded and shrunk by the lung when breathing, then the earth body has its ocean, which swells and ebbs away every six hours as the breathing of the world ii [ii]. i[i] This is the title of an exhibition in the Kunsthaus Zurich 1998 and a film by Daniel Levy 2007. ii[ii] H. Bredekamp: Die Erde als Lebewesen. In: Kritische Berichte, Volume 9, 1981, Magazine 4/5. p. 5-25, here p.10. The interesting thing is that earth has always been referred to as a female entity. In the 16th and 17th century scientists and artists imagined earth in ever new versions to contain a uterus giving birth to every living being and that procreation and delivery would take place in caves in particular. Johann Schrallhammer also establishes a connection to such feminisation of the world and its natural processes with the title „Wehen [Contractions]. „Our consciousness has completely separated from natural energy sources, states Johann Schrallhammer, „I would like to make my contribution to overcome the functional view on nature and to inspire new perceptions regarding a more harmonic approach towards the environment. My installation is a place, which one can go to after having spent hours in front of the computer.
