Personally, i think the Scorps are talking about either Fear or CoC in this tight little urban tango. The chromatic/diminished 5th ascent of the bar-chorded bridge is a direct reference to California punk, and i think perhaps the rather Nuremburg-rally-esque crowd element indicates an unconscious inclination of our intrepid Kraut poodleheads to see skinheads as proto-brownshirts.
