This video shows how when i crash a car in gta 4 it doesnt show any type of damage effect or dents or damage, whatever you want to call it. I did reinstall it and it still does this. I did install this game on a laptop which is 100 times shittier graphic card, ram etc. And it worked on the laptop but not my PC. You think its cuz the laptop is vista and my PC is XP. Either way see if you think of a way to fix it because ill be really really happy. Thanks for reading.
