KingdomCarts told me of a way to get this guy down even faster with the Clock Stop Glitch. When I did it, I freaked out and I was like... damn, he was right. Okay here's the strategy. Phase 1 - Don't attack him whatsoever until when he does his lunge at :40. When he throws his hook, quick dodge then throw a jab followed with a bodyblow in which he'll block and then finish it with another jab. The clock will stop at :48 and you can use this opportunity to throw some jabs and body blows until you get two stars. Whatever you do, don't put him in a stun or else the clock will start again. Once you get two stars, use a jab or so to take him down. Phases 2 and 3 - He gets up on 1 in both phases and you have two stars. Use the opportunity to finish up with uppercuts and you will have him down in the fastest time yet... or even superfaster. KingdomCarts provided me with this and I show you how its done. This is a video from me, DarkspinesSonic A.K.A Da1AndOnlySonic, showing a speed run of the level Arid Sands Night 1 in Sonic Unleashed for the ps3. This video displays to new glitches that I have recently found. One allows you to grab onto ledges after performing an uppercut, and the other allows you to go through wall or the floor (only going through the wall is demonstrated in this speed, not the floor). In order to be able to grab a ledge after performing an uppercut, all you have to do is one of these 2 combos in the air: For 360, XXY or YYX followed by the jump button For ps3, square-square-triangle or triangle-triangle-square followed by the jump button In order to go through walls or the floor, you must perform the follwing combo, followed by guarding... For 360, XYY followed by guarding For ps3, square-triangle-triangle followed by guarding The timing of your guard depends on what will happen. You want to guard when werehog finishes the spinning part of his breakdance like attack. If you time it correctly, you can go through most any wall. If you time it too late, you'll go through the floor (which can be useful in some places, but usually you just fall to your doom).
